Google IT Inquiry Form

The free online Google IT Professional Certificate Program enables participants to obtain skills needed for entry-level IT support programs. It can be completed in 4-6 months. The five-course program is an initiative that helps ensure that technology-created opportunities are available to everyone.

The program consists of five courses:

Technical Support Fundamentals
The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking
Operating Systems and You: Becoming a Power User
System Administration and IT Infrastructure Services
IT Security: Defense Against the Digital Dark Arts

The program follows an asynchronous self-paced learning design with optional career support and wraparound services provided by the R.I.S.E. team.
